We collect as little as possible, say plainly what we do with it, and let you choose where there is a real choice.

Privacy at a glance
No advertising tracking
This website runs no advertising or social-media tracking scripts and embeds no social widgets. Google Analytics runs only if you allow it.
Only what you send
Personal data reaches us only when you write to us: through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
Used to respond
We use what you send to answer your enquiry and continue the conversation you started. We do not sell it.
Your choice
Essential storage keeps the site working. Remembering your language between visits is optional and off until you allow it.

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and message.
- Email and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to include when you contact us directly.
- Usage statistics, only if you allow analytics: Google Analytics records pages viewed, contact actions (such as a click on WhatsApp or email, or that an enquiry was sent — never its contents), device, browser and approximate location, linked to a random cookie identifier.
- Security and reliability: to limit abuse, the contact form records a one-way hash of your IP address for a short rate-limit window. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request).
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and take the steps you ask for before any engagement.
- To keep the website and its contact form secure and working.
- To keep a reasonable record of business conversations.
Who receives it
Your message is delivered to the ACQUAIRIS team by email and kept on our hosting server. The providers that run the website hosting and email delivery process it on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
If you allow analytics, Google receives usage statistics through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which may involve processing outside Brazil.
Links to LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those services. What you do there is governed by their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, and are deleted on request unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them. Rate-limit and duplicate-check records expire within minutes to hours. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for its configured retention period (at most 14 months).
Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) you may ask to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, have it anonymised or deleted, receive it in a portable form, learn with whom it is shared, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to the national authority (ANPD). See Privacy requests below.
Privacy Manifesto
We advise organisations on consequential decisions. Handling personal data is one of them. These are the commitments this website keeps today.
- 01
Clarity
We explain what we collect and why in plain language, in one place, in both our languages.
- 02
Purpose limitation
What you send us is used to answer you and continue the conversation you started. Nothing else.
- 03
Minimal collection
Four fields on the contact form, one of them optional. No advertising trackers, no profiles, no fingerprinting; analytics only with your permission.
- 04
Meaningful choice
Optional storage stays off until you allow it. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time.
- 05
Responsibility
Credentials stay on the server. Form submissions are protected against forgery, flooding and automated abuse.
- 06
Privacy by design
Fonts, images and sound are served from our own domain. Nothing from Google loads unless you allow analytics.
- 07
No dark patterns
No pre-ticked boxes, no hidden reject button, no pressure. Declining changes nothing about what you can read here.
Privacy requests
To exercise any of your rights, or to ask a question about your data, write to us. Tell us what you would like us to do; we may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
